“The below courses would commence from January 1, 2022. Registrations for these courses will start from December 15, 2021.”
We are offering “Yoga Instructor Certificate Courses”. A person holding an instructor certificate would be eligible only to conduct yoga classes. But never deal with anyone with physical or mental ailments without proper knowledge. We have different levels in this certificate program. We learn deeper aspects of yoga and its efficacy as we progress in the levels.
This certificate is of seven levels.

Depending upon the performance of the participant there will four grades. : A+, A, B+ & B.
अभिज्ञ Abhijna Level 1 (Instructor )
This course consists of 60 hours of Theory classes and 60 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.

विज्ञ Vijna Level 2 (Instructor)
This course consists of 100 hours of Theory classes and 100 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.

प्राज्ञ Praajna Level 3 (Instructor)
This course consists of 200 hours of Theory classes and 200 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.
Eligibility: Vijna Instructor & Praajna Demonstrator courses
विनीत Vineeta Level 4 (Instructor)
This course consists of 300 hours of Theory classes and 300 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.
Eligibility: Praajna Instructor & Vineeta Demonstrator courses
निष्णात Nishnaata Level 5 (Instructor)
This course consists of 500 hours of Theory classes and 500 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.
Eligibility: Vineeta Instructor & Nishnaata Demonstrator courses
योगधी Yogadhi Level 6 (Instructor)
This course consists of 700 hours of Theory classes and 700 hours of teaching sessions. After successful completion of the of the training there will be a written test and practical exam. Certificate will be offered only after clearing both practical and theory tests. Participant can reappear for the tests any number of times.
Eligibility: Nishnaata Instructor & Yogadhi Demonstrator courses
पारंग Paaranga Level 7 (Instructor)
Once the candidate reached to Paaranga Level they have to conduct the yoga classes as an internship program in a qualified institute and submit the thesis on Yoga.
Eligibility : Yogadhi Instructor course.
